DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders ship via UPS. 

For orders $1,000 and above, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

RETURN POLICIES

Online purchases made through nataliemartincollection.com are valid for return within 14 days from the date you’ve received your order (final sale items excluded).  All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and come with all original tags and packaging.  The original shipping cost and the import fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Please visit "https://nataliemartincollection.loopreturns.com" to begin the return process. Returns processed through Loop will be provided a return label, the fee of which is deducted from the final refund or store credit amount. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. 

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at hello@nataliemartincollection.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

*All jewelry and ceramic pieces are final sale.   

 

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT ITEMS

All sale items are final sale. Any item purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or using a discount code greater than 10% cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.  

We do not offer price adjustments.  Sorry, no exceptions. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.  Instead, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All International orders ship via DHL.  Unfortunately, international returns will not be provided a prepaid shipping label via Loop. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). The original shipping cost and the import fees (if any) are non-refundable.

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES

While we are not responsible for stolen or lost items, if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us at hello@nataliemartincollection.com, and we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package.
