Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on nataliemartincollection.com, and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
For orders $1,000 and above, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.
Products are shipped by UPS. Shipping charges to your location will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time, UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, and as such, we are unable to accept orders directed to P.O. boxes. On average, your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Order transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We do not offer weekend delivery at this time. Please ensure all information pertaining to your order is correct, as no amendments can be made once your order has been placed.
RETURN POLICIES
Natalie Martin wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your item within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. ALL returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Natalie Martin has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Returns processed through Returnly will be provided a return label, the fee of which is deducted from the final refund or store credit amount. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as NATALIE MARTIN is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Initial shipping charges for orders will likewise not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at orders@nataliemartincollection.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE "FINAL SALE." Any item purchased on "SALE," or at a discounted price, or purchased with a discount code greater than 10% cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

ALL JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES/FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOWOrders placed in December have until January 14th to submit a return request. All orders placed in December will be eligible for our extended holiday return window, with the exception of Final Sale items or items placed with a discount code greater than 10%.
SALE AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT ITEMS
All sale items are "FINAL SALE." Any item purchased on "SALE," at a discounted price or using a discount code greater than 10% cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. Instead, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our Domestic Return Policy, as stated above, is applicable to International Returns. International orders ship via UPS. Packing slips for International Shipments CANNOT be marked as a “gift” or altered with a different price. International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.
International Returns will not be provided a prepaid shipping label via Returnly. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

KINDLY NOTE: We do not offer exchanges for International Orders at this time. If you wish to make an exchange, we suggest returning your order for a full refund, and placing a new order. We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for any international customs duties incurred.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
While we are not responsible for stolen or lost items, if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us at orders@nataliemartincollection.com, and we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package.
Any order over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
